EPCOT World Showcase pavilions are perfect rendezvous points — pick a country + a time.

Group chat the night before — confirm meet times and any park swaps.

Mafia link-up on Aug 21 — only overlap day with McManimons before they fly out.

Cheer Coaches send-off — Aug 20 night at MK, fireworks at 9 PM together.

Kid groups in costume — the NSS night on Aug 18 is the big multi-crew moment.
